I am bit mixed on this. I do believe that from a processing and production point of view, it meets the mark. However, it lacks that characteristic olive oil taste and flavor that you get as soon as you open a bottle of a premium and unadulterated brand. I believe the olives grown in India reflect the Indian soil, and may lack the profile of those grown in the mediterranean regions. Nevertheless, it is worth a good try if your concern is purity and single sourcing.
