Quality Olive Oil

I take 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil daily. I tried different brands and now I stick with Jaypore brand. I’ve been buying the Jaypore Extra Virgin Olive Oil for quite awhile. Initially I tried all their Monocultivar Olive oils and honestly I didn’t find any difference in terms of taste and flavour. Then I switched to the polycultivar extra virgin olive oil. And this also taste the same as monocultivar ones for me. Though it is a little pricey I feel it is worth the price and I will continue buying as long as the quality is good. Just for comparison the Colavita extra virgin olive (italian olive oil) is the best that I’ve tried so far in India, but very costly currently.

Excellent

I grew up in Australia where you have access to both local and Mediterranean olive oil of good quality. When coming to India, I found quickly that I missed olive oil in my food - so I went looking and found Jaypore, after trying imported olive oils. This not only tastes good but FEELS so good in the body. It feels medicinal.

I have no doubt this is quality olive oil extracted with care from well loved olives.

I use it in my Modern Australian ( influenced by Greek and Italian food) and Italian dishes, on salads and even in many Indian dishes.

So happy that there is a good quality Indian brand!

Flavour Notes

Jaypore Olives focus carefully on the exclusive search for the right aromas and flavours, among the best olive cultivars. Only when the ideal fruity freshness is reached, our precious Extra Virgin Olive Oil is born.

Usage

The fruity flavours and balanced fragrance make it perfect for flavouring any type of dish without altering its taste. Due to its very low acidity and high oxidation resistance, it is ideal as a raw condiment or in the cooking of preparations of all cuisines.
