These Coratina Olives were hand-plucked from trees and processed using state-of-the-art cold extraction technology creating a first pressed, Extra Virgin Coratina Olive Oil. Coratina EVOO is characterized as robust and bitter and is also touted for its high level of polyphenols and other antioxidants. Finally, the high phenolic content, along with the triglyceride composition, contributes to the exceptional oxidation stability of the Jaypore Olives Coratina extra-virgin olive oil.

The current batch is the produce of HARVEST- OCTOBER 2025.

*There are no added flavours/ fragrances in the oil. The flavour notes of the oil are only descriptive of the original taste.

Coratina is an excellent medicinal olive oil

Extra Virgin Olive Oils are reputed to contain polyphenols with anti-inflammatory properties. The test is a little pungency when the oil is swallowed. In my opinion, Coratina passes this test and has worked for me.

The only quibble I have is that the plastic spout at the bottle mouth, designed to ease pouring, either breaks or detaches when the bottle is opened and must be improved upon.

All in all, a very good buy if you are seeking EVOO for its medicinal properties.

ill need another bottle to test this.. but not completely happy with the color of the oil.. as far as the flavor profile of the oil.. it is a bit light for an extra virgin olive oil.. ill give it a best 2.5/5
