Return and Refund Policy

Product returns: 

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. To return any items that are damaged or expired or not as per your original order. Please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery challan. Please contact customer service by email through the contact us link on the website. Mention the return of products along with the order number, and the date of delivery. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition. Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded. Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

 

Refund Policy Returns

Our policy is valid only for 3 days. For any exchange or returns, you have to write to us at customercare@jayporeolives.com within 3 days post-delivery. If you fail to inform within the set time of 3 days, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where a refund will not be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

 Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@jayporeolives.com for further instruction.

 Shipping

To return your product, please email us at customercare@jayporeolives.com for further instruction. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
